Top Reasons to Visit | Rosewood Le Guanahani, St. Barths

Why we Love the Rosewood Le Guanahani’s Redesign

The newly renovated Rosewood Le Guanahani sits on an eighteen acres oasis, the largest footprint for any hotel on the island. It is located within a larger 2500 acres National Park Reserve providing the perfect location to enjoy this lush tropical paradise. The resort closed its doors for over three years for a painstakingly thorough renovation. Rosewood teamed up with the original architects Luis Pons of Design Lab and David M Schwartz who used the Panama Hat as inspiration. The result is a welcoming and delightful resort for couples and families. The DNA of Rosewood Le Guanahani remains the same but with a new flair and inspiration. A slice of the South of France and a new romantic energy surrounds the resort.

Standalone Bungalows and Cottages

One of the unique features of Le Guanahani is that all rooms are in standalone bungalows throughout the property. All are tucked away in this tropical paradise surrounding by palm trees and lush fauna. Our clients love the private entrances, high vaulted ceilings, four poster beds and luxurious bathrooms. Each room is unique, and some come with outdoor showers. For those who appreciate privacy, many suites are equipped with a private pool and sun deck.

Rosewood Le Guanahani’s Beach House Dining

St. Barth’s has always been known as a foodie’s paradise. With over eighty restaurants travelers can enjoy everything from Sushi to Italian, French to Creole… Rosewood Le Guanahani follows in the island’s tradition by creating three distinct experiences within the resort. The Beach House restaurant is transformed throughout the day… The culinary team recharges the energy as different parts of the restaurant open throughout the day. The morning starts with stunning sunrise views near the pool but slowly expands to the beach for feet in the sand dining. At night, the light and decoration transform the ambience into a more formal but relaxing ambience. Clients love that they can feel the energy of the ocean throughout the day.

Cocktails are an important focal point for the resort as well. During the day clients enjoy light cocktails at the beach bar but at night they congregate at Bar Melange. The mixology team has created a distinct cocktail menu, but the fun really begins when you ask them to create a signature cocktail based on your favorite criteria. For example, recent clients craved a refreshing sparkling spicy cocktail and the team created the perfect blend to satisfy the clients inspiration.
