Agreement for Website Users & Travelers
Thank you for working with Elli Travel Group, LLC ("Elli Travel"). Your acceptance of an Elli Travel itinerary or your use of Elli Travel's website, services or travel arrangements signify your agreement with the following terms and conditions, and your agreement to convey this information to your travel companions and/or group members.
I understand that Elli Travel is not the source or supplier of the travel services I have requested, and acts solely as an agent for the actual suppliers of such services. I have been advised that the suppliers whose names appear in the information supplied to me are those who are actually responsible for providing the travel services I have purchased. I consent to and request the use of those suppliers and agree not to hold Elli Travel responsible should any of these suppliers: 1) fail to provide the travel services I have purchased; 2) fail to comply with any applicable law; or 3) engage in any negligent act or omission that causes me any sort of injury, damage, delay or inconvenience. I accept that Elli Travel is not responsible for, nor will I attempt to hold it liable for, any injury, damage or loss I may suffer on account of any conditions, actions or omissions that are beyond its reasonable control.
Risk & Travel Insurance
I further understand and acknowledge that travel to many parts of the world may involve the risk of a variety of hazards to my health and/or safety, including but not limited to disease, crime, terrorism, and warfare. Because each traveler’s risk tolerance is different, Elli Travel is not in a position to advise me whether I should travel to any particular place at any particular time. Rather, to assist me in making an informed decision, I should refer to objective third-party sources of travel information, such as that maintained by the U.S. Department of State (travel.state.gov). To obtain medical information, you may contact the Centers for Disease Control at 404.332.4559 or visit the CDC's Web site at www.cdc.gov.
I understand the Covid risks of travel and acknowledge the decision to travel, with knowledge of current travel recommendations and travel restrictions. I agree that Elli Travel shares no responsibility for Covid-related requirements that may be imposed by travel suppliers and governments. This includes and is not limited to health affidavits, health screenings, face coverings, or quarantines. Elli Travel recommends seeking guidance from government-endorsed sites to understand current requirements. I accept the risks associated with contagious viruses and I release Elli Travel from claims stemming from travel related issues.
For your protection, Elli Travel strongly recommends purchasing trip cancellation and travel accident insurance. No representation or description of insurance made by Elli Travel constitutes a binding assurance or promise about insurance coverage and claims potential. I agree to hold Elli Travel harmless if I elect not to purchase travel insurance or for any denial of claim by travel insurer.
I will review my travel documents for accuracy upon receipt and understand that I may contact Elli Travel if I have any questions. I understand that discounted fares typically involve restrictions and that changing any aspect of my travel arrangements may result in the payment of additional money.
I have been advised to use a credit card as this may offer me the opportunity to dispute the charge should a vendor cease operating.
I understand that the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requires me to carry a government-issued identification card in order to board a flight. I have been advised that the name, date of birth and gender that appears on the identification card must exactly match the same such data that is listed on my airline ticket and in my booking records. I acknowledge that my failure to strictly comply with these requirements may result in denied boarding or an undue delay at an airport security checkpoint causing me to miss my flight. I further acknowledge that beginning on October 1, 2021, I must present a driver’s license or another form of identification that complies with the requirements of the Federal Real ID Act (see www.dhs.gov/real-id for more information).
I understand that if traveling internationally, I must have a valid passport. Passport information may be obtained by contacting the Travel Agent Section of the U.S. State Department at 202.647.5225 or by visiting the State Department's Web site at travel.state.gov. Non-U.S. passport holders should be sure to contact the embassies of their destination and transit countries to obtain entrance requirements.
Visas, Vaccination & Testing
Depending upon my destination and nationality, I may need to obtain one or more visas, provide vaccination status, and/or complete pre-travel testing. I assume full responsibility for checking all conditions and for verifying I have complied with passport, visa, health, vaccination, and other entry requirements. Visa information may be obtained by visiting the State Department's Web site at travel.state.gov. Non-U.S. passport holders should contact the embassies of their destination and transit countries to obtain entrance requirements. The Centers for Disease Control can provide accurate health information at https://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel.
Elli Travel has no responsibility for COVID-19-related requirements that travel suppliers and governments may impose from time to time, such as required vaccinations, health affidavit forms, COVID-19 screenings prior to departure or upon arrival, face coverings, or quarantines. For the latest COVID-19 government travel regulations, we recommend going to IATA’s website at https://www.iatatravelcentre.com/international-travel-document-news/1580226297.htm. For the latest travel supplier requirements, check the website of each supplier. Elli Travel recommends checking daily in the month prior to departure since rules constantly change. Elli Travel can not be held responsible for changes.
Travel information is provided as guidance only and may change at any time. Always check government websites and airline materials before booking and traveling.
Refund Limitation & Supplier Policies
I understand that providers of travel services, including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, ferry, railways and car rental companies (“Suppliers”) have their own policies covering cancellation and modification terms and conditions. I acknowledge responsibility to be aware of Supplier’s terms and conditions, particularly as it applies to change and cancellations fees. In accordance with a Supplier's terms and conditions, I acknowledge that I may be charged additional sums if I cancel/change a reservation and/or I may not be entitled to a refund.
Elli Travel is not responsible for the acts or omissions of travel suppliers or their failure to adhere to their own schedules, provide services or refunds, financial default, or failure to honor future trip credits. Elli Travel has no special knowledge regarding the financial condition of suppliers, and Elli Travel has no liability for recommending a trip credit in lieu of a refund.

Covid-19 Travel Amendment
I understand that Elli Travel makes travel bookings on my behalf. As the worldwide COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic remains ongoing, I acknowledge that for this reason, and other unforeseeable reasons, these travel plans may be interrupted or cancelled. Interruptions and cancellations may occur by the service supplier, a government entity, or another third party over which Elli Travel has no control. I acknowledge that the supplier’s own terms & conditions, subject to any applicable current or future law, will govern my rights and remedies, including my right to receive a refund. I understand that if I purchase travel insurance, the terms of the policy will dictate coverage for any financial loss may exist under the circumstances. I agree to hold Elli Travel harmless for any travel interruption or cancellation. I agree to release Elli Travel from any and all liability for damages, including but not limited to monetary losses that may occur as a result of interruption or cancellation of these travel plans.
