Rosewood Baha Mar is the ultra-luxe property within the newest Bahamian complex the Baha Mar. Rosewood clients have the best of both worlds as they have access to all of the complex’s amenities including 12 pools, a casino and over 30 dining venues. But Rosewood clients can retreat to their private beachfront oasis. Rosewood Baha Mar offers clients exclusive use of it’s two pools, spa and private service/lounges on Cable Beach. Parents are comforted that their kids can enjoy the Rosewood Explorers Club complimentary throughout their stay and while they enjoy the Senses Spa.
Our Favorite Accommodations
Rosewood Baha Mar was designed to resemble a friendly old world Bahamian Manor. The 230 rooms are part of a low rise building closest to the beach. With families in mind, Rosewood hotels added an array of 2 Queen bedded rooms that connect to King Rooms or One Bedroom Suites. This provides families with an assortment of room choices. The One and Two Bedroom suites are favorites for longer stays as some provide kitchens, separate dining rooms and washer/dyers. The truly special rooms are the Beachside Residences with either 3 or 6 bedrooms. These villas are steps from the sand and offer private pools and plenty of inside and outside space to entertain family and friends.
Things to Do
Clients absolutely love Rosewood’s curated activities that promote and protect the local environment. Kids love the close encounters with the Bahamas most iconic and beautiful bird the Flamingo. While Fitness lovers can enjoy an hour of Flamingo Yoga. Rosewood promotes the maintenance and restoration of coral reefs through its partnership with BREEF. During a 4 hour underwater excursion families snorkel through reefs, an underwater sculptor garden and plant coral fragments.
Rosewood Baha Mar also offers traditional resort activities like golf, tennis, and non-motorized water sports. Beach lovers can also enjoy private charter services and explore remote beaches or of course swim with the Pigs at Big Mayor Cay.
