Traditional Balsamic Vinegar Producer

La Ca Dal Non is a 3rd generation run Traditional Balsamic Vinegar Maker in Emilia Romagna. Mariangela manages this mid size producer. She leads groups through their attics and creates one of a kind tastings. We had a wonderful time learning about the history and production of this one of a kind Italian product.

Traditional Balsamic is aged either 12 or 26 years in wood barrels.
