Mandarina's 134 suites and villas are spread across a 750-acre property split into three distinct
environments — beach, flatlands, and mountain — so the accommodation experience varies a lot more depending on which you book. Juan and Kristen stayed in Premier Beachfront Suite 127, roughly 2,000 square feet, with a private plunge pool positioned about 100 feet from the sand. The layout keeps the bedroom, living area, and outdoor terrace separate enough that it reads more like a small villa than a hotel room. Flatlands suites sit closest to the pools, spa, and restaurants and are ideal for families getting around on the resort's complimentary bikes; the mountain suites are the most secluded, reached by golf cart, with the best views and the most seclusion trade-off.
