Dear Suzanne, Just wanted to send you a quick note to really thank you for all of your help planning our recent trip to the Four Seasons Orlando. We can not say enough wonderful things about this hotel - truly an amazing place. The facilities are gorgeous and the pools provided hours of entertainment for the kids while we relaxed after a long, hot day of walking. The service was unparalleled as was yours . It seemed that everyone from the doorman to the front desk, pools, restaurants, spa, fitness center, room attendants, etc. knew our names and were willing to accommodate any need. Also, we found the hotel so kid-friendly and warm while remaining sophisticated. Upon checking into our rooms we found adorable tutu's and tiaras for our girls, so fun to get our trip started. I specifically wanted to thank you for everything and Elli Travel for all the little tips and perks and promotions we had access to as your clients. We received a beautiful fruit basket upon check in which was the perfect after plane snack, and we received complimentary breakfast daily- which we would not have received if we had not booked our trip through you. My daughters and I also enjoyed using our spa credits for manicures and a rejuvenating facial (so needed after that Florida sun!) The spa itself is stunning and I learned during my visit that guests can use the relaxation rooms, steam rooms, showers etc. even when not having a treatment...talk about a private oasis! Again, there really are not enough adjectives to describe how incredible everything was. Already thinking about when we can go back. Best,
