Terisa Felix is a seasoned hospitality executive, with a distinguished background in luxury resort marketing and guest experience innovation. Formerly the Director of Group Sales at The Ritz-Carlton Dove Mountain, Terisa has built a career defined by passion, creativity, and strategic excellence.

Her journey in hospitality began with a Bachelors in Hotel and Restaurant Management, followed by over 20 years of hotel/resort sales where she honed her leadership and operational skills. Her work reflects a deep commitment to creating memorable guest journeys and driving sustainable growth through innovative sales strategies.

Outside of her professional life, Terisa is an avid traveler with a love for discovering hidden gems and curating unforgettable experiences—passions that also inspired her entrepreneurial venture, Soleia Voyages. She enjoys creating unforgettable memories with her two young daughters— by riding their horses through Arizona’s desert trails, playing sports or discovering new cultures and values together through global adventures.  Whether planning a luxury escape or a local adventure, Terisa brings warmth, elegance, and a spirit of discovery to everything she does.
