48 Hours Santa Fe

June 29, 2015

Santa Fe is wondeful place to wonder the streets. We loved this sculpture in front of the The Museum of Contemporary Native Arts

A 10 minute walk from the historic Santa Fe Plaza is Canyon Road where you will incredible art galleries and gardens.  The walk is a slightly uphill....

Several outdoor gardens on Canyon Road, we

Santa Fe offers excellent biking opportunities.  We traveled up the hills to several beginner trails....

We found this spot that offered great views....

The folks at the Mellow Velo outfitted us with the perfect equipment, maps & great recommendations.

Make sure to have a Green Chile Cheesburger when in Santa Fe.  We loved the Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi's version.  Their restaurant was just recently renovated. Another great option is at the Santa Fe Bite...

We enjoyed a night of food, drink and music at the Cowgirl BBQ.  On Sunday afternoons their patio becomes a local's favorite for afternoon music.

Make sure to head up to one of several Santa Fe Bars to enjoy a cocktail and sunset...

A block from Santa Fe Plaza, Cafe Pasqual's, one of our favorite meals.  As stuffed Chile, scrambled eggs & black beans. A memorable meal

Definately worth the 5 minute cab ride. This local favorite offers a new take on New Mexican and El Salvadorian Cuisine.  We had the Papusas stuffed with Flank Steak...
